The University of Illinois Police Department takes very seriously the feedback from our community regarding the quality of service we provide. Feedback is important to help us meet our goals. If you had an encounter with one of our officers or employees for which you would like to take the time and to compliment him or her, we greatly appreciate the information. You may call in and ask to speak to a shift sergeant at 217-333-1216. Or, you may send a compliment online by clicking here.
If you have concerns or a complaint regarding the performance of one of our officers, you may contact an on-duty shift sergeant to talk about your concerns. The sergeant will notify you of the procedures for the complaint process and provide you with the necessary forms for documentation, if necessary. Please call 217-333-1216 to speak with a shift sergeant.
