Detective Bureau

The Detective Bureau is led by Lieutenant Roy Acree. The unit is responsible for conducting follow-up on criminal investigations that occur on University property and administrative investigations for other units on campus, including personnel and background inquires. Detectives investigate a wide variety of traditional criminal cases in addition to various types of computer and financial crimes.

Crime Scene Unit

an evidence technician looking for fingerprintsThe Crime Scene Unit is responsible for identifying, collecting, preserving, and documenting evidence at a crime scene. Crime Scene Technicians receive advanced training in crime scene processing, and photography.
