potentially infected surfaces, such as countertops, check

- While in public be aware of
potential health issues such as the glass of water that is

the event of a pandemic and limit the number of times when
you eat in public; Maintain a supply of electrolyte
drinks such as Gatorade to combat dehydration should you get
the flu Common sense will go a long way to eliminating
many of the potential sources for you to get the flu
- We recommend the addition of an
age and gender appropriate multi-vitamin as a dietary
supplement for improved health and wellness throughout the
year. As with all dietary supplements, please consult with
your personal physician before deciding on the appropriate
vitamin
